I’ve been dedicated to exercise training and holistic live whole food healing remedies for longevity and anti-aging all naturally on myself and thousands of clients World Wide, they call Master G.  A role model & living proof right now yes, today.  Again. All natural training and whole food living.  Simply, I don’t hang around dumbells, on or off the rack.   I’m a headlined Hollywood to India’s Bollywood “talked about” movie-trainer total body shaping makeover expert proven for decades in photographs, tv, film, and gossip headlines.   So, I designed my exercise equipment & hand built Master Gym ER for “exercise recliners, with everything is at your finger tips sitting in a hybrid voice command king queens chair.  You can video-graph your workout on a phone, sitting in luxury comfort while sweat sparkles off your skin.  And she’ll like it to… I have in house American and Asian trainers to die for, yes those wonderful females, and all natural perfect muscle shape males, of several genres, comedy, or drill masters, to sex Gods, or the Butler type, to get your blood flowing and bring out the real reel life in you.

Fitness longevity anti-aging, is about slowing down cell destruction within you, the number one way to do that is move, stretch, squeeze and breath, while being in the present ruby minutes and diamond seconds, the past is gone, and the future is not here so forget it, be present awake alert, and at peace in these moments we call life.   To be present, inhale and exhale and meditate and watch your breaths go in and out.

 

 So, my goal has always been to help people understand it is the way we move about, and eat about, and think about that matters most.   Simply, Western medicine is a failure for greed profit senseless surgery, meds, networks, it is all about money and your the Ginny pig.  Health stems into the trillion of dollars and your doctor makes money by keeping you ill.  So, you must make your own health-wealth and learn about the human body.   You can cure any illness within you.  But again, the complex group of brain washing health sectors are most confusing.  Listen, no one is making it out of life alive.  But at least We’ can escape the fear of it, by doctoring up ourselves all naturally.

 

My journey born and raised in New Bedford, Mass is most complex.  So let me begin by saying I was a pro scallop commercial fisherman and east coast bodybuilding champion “all natural one” and also like many of us, from New Bedford, the party was the thing we did, alcohol and white powder coke was my thing, and it drove me nuts, crashing in real life into a house at speeds nearly 100 mph, and I made different headlines in home town news, that are here as proof in my portfolio.  So, I headed west of east living in a Hollywood gym parking lot when I arrived in sunny LA, as a homeless gym trainer, who had a all-American dream, to help save the people from dying young with chronic diseases, that are preventable, known as the great gym trainer and model trainer in 33+ magazines, and more.  And after much time training famous ones, and billionaires. Life shifted, I went homeless, again, and fast forward

 whisked to another country India’s Bollywood, famously and into Africa’s Cape Town, with  my American dream of inventions goal, and I meet a girl having to choose love or dreams with a happy ending.  This is the greatest Hollywood love story ever now in my movie screenplay Weights of The Heart.

So I give you one of my favorite qoute: John D. Rockefeller highlights a principle that most people ignore when chasing success. Success meaning any type.   Most people choose the “safe” path-the one already proven, accepted, and crowded.  It feels secure because others have done it before. But that also means the upside is limited.  ​True success often comes from going where others aren’t willing to go.  It’s about exploring new ideas, taking unconventional routes, and building something different instead of copying what already exists. That’s where opportunity lives———far away from saturation.  This doesn’t mean being reckless.  It means having the courage to think independently and act on it.  Because in the end, you don’t achieve exceptional results by following worn paths—--you achieve them by creating you own.  ‘If you won’t to succeed and be original, you should be striking out on new paths.

But my number 1-passion is strumming my acoustic guitar, playing my harmonica, writing songs, singing them all based on my observations, and emotions — of the people places and things passing me by.

 

I’ve got talents, I’ve got training, I’ve got a foreveryoung body, I’ve got people chemistry naturally, I was born with “it” natural chemistry power.  Otherwise it’s called a gift a purpose, and people, relate to it.  I even drove a cab giving up on my goals, for 2/years, and the experience with all types of people, it renewed my spirit to understand myself, and how people looked at me, and the things they said to me was mind altering.  I certainly have a gift, and want to use it in a big way.  I was humbled, and through strangers helped me renew my purpose, and do the things I love to do, and have a direct aim at the goal, like I was bodybuilding again, I sold them my program, my invention, it was like I was focusing again like before training for a contest on every rep knowing where I was going, what was the goal?   I once again, thank my self for never giving up, I am everything to me, I love this man I made, I have made it thru hell hell hell, and only a fool forgets his past, and only a fool doesn’t change and learn from every mistake, I put my heart under a microscope for decades, and the truth was what made this beautiful man smiling enjoying every ruby minute and breath of life, while in this house the human body I temporarily live in. I take really good care of myself, it wasn’t like that decades ago, and I understand it is we-we need the most to love, to have compassion for, to learn from, but it also is the people we hang around who help us understand ourselves, yes the positive ones, the listeners, the good hearts is where we reflect like a mirror the best.

What I don’t have is a team, a business manager or pr-maven with good connections, or a talent agency, you see.  Because to make it in Hollywood, it doesn’t matter how talented you are, or good looking, it takes a movie connection, a audition, or a entertainment partner friend to make a call, because at the end of each day, your face, your talent, and your trying to get representation is nearly impossible.  They must see you and how can they see you if you can’t get close to the insider?  Simply, they don’t!
