It is a drug, making you anxious, hyper, and sucking life’s natural energy out of you. Here’s the thing about coffee and all the other on the list, sugar drinks, pastries and alcohol. These things create anxiety, panic, stress and fear in you. If you’ve ever gone to a local hamburger joint, where the young adults gather eating burgers, fried potato’s and drinking large containers of soda, it’s no wonder if you look carefully at their body language say under their table, you’ll see feet and legs moving uncontrollable as they sit eat and chat. That is no accident that is the response we get from our nervious system saying something is really wrong.
And here’s the reason why… when you drink coffee or eat these body & mind killing products, these things create adrenaline inside of you, and all tho you may get use to it and not feel it—it is still happening in our body and our body starts to shake. Hold out you hand for a moment in front of you, look carefully it’s shaking. So, these things send out a signal to your mind saying there is something wrong “right now” there’s a lot of pressure and we need to fight or flight it or what we call “the sympathetic” nerves system sounding off. And now you are stressed in panic mode, tensed uneasy and all that. So the best thing that you can do is cut it out of your life. Try for at least two weeks, and watch how more peaceful your body is, and how calm you are and how more clearly you mind works without these things. And you will live with a morning awakening of energy like never before. Go buy a case of coconut juice in cartons and drink half a glass everyday. And please drink no water out of any plastic bottles, that eventually builds up hazardous chemicals in you.

And the answer for energy replacing deadly coffee in mornings, that sucks the life right out of you, and dehydrates your cells dry, with sagging skin, is, take a ordinary blender, one that’ can mix vegetables and insert chopped celery stix’s as we by one bunch at a time, all of it, fill blender three quarters with tap water, blend. Make it liquify, and pour into glass jars, let it sit in fridge over night, and then take a glass container out, shake well, make a glass of celery juice, and drink it all. Bam, you have now energy all day, and you have now started a cleansing filtering for your intestines to get clean, and eliminate toxic waist. Make the intestines slim and live empty, literally when dumping you’ll need little toilet paper. I use a warm wet hand towel to wipe my ass daily anyway, it’s much healthier than paper. And of course immediately after run warm water in the sink, clean it with water and ring it dry, hang it where it dries. Call it the ass cloth. You’ll become more clean, and healthy in the long run. Moving bowels after you eat daily is your high priority, so do ly on the floor and do three sets of crunches. Making strong abdominals helps intestines push out waist. Yes, move them with exercise and walking or stretching. And for celery, it is bone food, it looks like the bones, it is a great source of silicon. The silicone in celery is part of the molecular structure that provides bone strength. Both celery and bones are 23 percent sodium.
And, as I teach and preach, it is the bones, that are the fountain of youth. With healthy bones, they send hormones to all major organs, keeping them foreveryoung. And, why is it bones are fossilized for hundreds of millions of years? They are the very foundation to your longevity so keep them straining and feed them with celery.
